Does anyone know if Section 5 of the Road Traffic Act 2006 has been enacted yet? It covers a fixed charge penalty for persons slightly over the drunk driving limit. I've looked on irishstatutebook.ie and cant see any enactment so just looking for someone to confirm it, Thanks
