The backwards audio at the end is "Only one way to find out."
Friday morning can't come quick enough.

Has it been moved to Friday nights though, or is it still on its original slot on Thursday?

Excellent episode.... Loved the mixed colour scheme intro (switching between blue and red). Walter had some brilliant lines too (LOL at "vagenda"!).

I still have to watch the last 5 minutes when I get home tonight, but it'll be interesting to see where they take the story from here.

LOL @ "This is approved for all audiences in both universes" :)

A very enjoyable episode, but I was hoping for
    another olivia/altivia catfight
, I guess I'll have to wait some more :)

Jesus, can you imagine being that woman's daughter and seeing your mother getting shot in the head? Yes, it wasn't her mother, but I doubt they're going to explain that she was actually a shapeshifter, are they?

Superb episode. It baffles me that there is the possibility that Fringe could be cancelled. What is wrong with the Americans??

    The season of epicness continues!

The best bit has to be a toss up between 'vagenda' and the adrenaline needle (far too many needles in this episode for my liking )

I wonder will they continue with swapping between universes on alternate episodes or will they just show both universes each episode from now on.

Really good episode. Loved the way the opening credits switched between blue and red. Also loved Olivia just getting out of the tank in Walter's lab.

the only thing that annoyed me was that they didn't arrest or keep tabs on the typewriter guy. He had been in contact with people from the other side for years, the piece Olivia had was not on her and she had been in contact with this guy who lied for her.

Other than that it was really good.

Excellent episode again. Oddly no real cliffhanger at the end though, I wonder are we in for a few episodes of filler.

Also, while not specifically related to this episode, I'm starting to wonder if Walter saving/kidnapping young Peter is really what damaged the universes. I'm starting to think Walternate did the damage trying to use the machine, and I keep thinking back to an episode last season where Walter was looking into the alt-universe and saw Walternate working with an observer. I think that's why Walternate now thinks that destroying our universe with the machine is going to fix the alt-universe.

He wasn't working with the observer, he was working on a cure for Peter, and noticed the observer hiding in the shadows. When he confronted the observer it distracted him from his cure, so he didn't realise that it was effective and moved on to try other mixtures. That's why Walter had to go over to save Peter, he seen that the mixture had worked so knew what ingredients/levels to use.

another brilliant episode, i wonder did they kill broyles over there, or did they just take him in, or did he weasel his way out, why cant we know our broyles better,

i thought it strange that they just sent altivia back to work, i mean she just spent two months in an alt universe youd think she be entitled to some time off, it was good to see that she actually kinda fell for peter, and i think peter kinda is after falling for her also, which should be intersetling to now see what happens with him and olivia,

i wonder though how is walternate gonna get his piece to complete his machine, does he have another way of getting it, also it should be interesting to see what he does with the cortexifan he extracted from olivia, i thought it weird that she didnt take all the samples, didnt really make much sense takin 4 or 5 and not all of them,

will be nice to see what happens in next weeks episode, i assume theyll have some sort of cliffhanger for the mid-season break,

It looked like they had cut chunks off him to get him down to Altivia's mass, so hopefully they had the decency to kill him first :).

Doesn't the mass have to be in the same location in both universes? How did they get alt-Broyles to Newark so quickly when he was in Boston? Also, surely an Olivia going in either direction would have balanced out on the mass front.(Maybe I just need to suspend disbelief a little more... :))

Well they definitely simplified Altlivia's crossing over - the tech was supposed to be a smaller version of what they used on the bridge last year and in that case, position of everything was critical - so by definition, it shouldn't have worked since Altlivia had been moved from where she was and there was no way for the the other side to know she was in the van at that stage. Still, just a small thing which didn't really take away from the awesomeness of the episode.

I loved the opening credits, when they started switching to red it was pretty neat. I do wonder where they will go from here, but given how excellent the season so far has been, I have confidence in the writers to keep it up.

As always Walter has the best line of the episode, maybe season.

I'm pretty sure cutting some limbs off will most likely kill a person. That was quite a sick scene, fair play to the wax works people.

Very cool ep, glad to have Olivia back. This show better not be taking an xmas break!

And who knows, maybe they did have the typewriter guy under surveillance, otherwise it's a bit of a plot hole. They also now have a direct communication feed to Walternate and the other side, could come in useful!

Another fantastic episode for a fantastic series! The tension definately seems to buiilding to something big happening. Seeing Alt. Broyles in the van, with limbs chopped off was a bit of a shock i gotta say.

Oh, did anyone notice the picture of an old John F. Kennedy on Walternate's desk when he was talking to Broyles about a mole? I thought it was cool, shows he's still alive over-there, and possibly still president??

No, Obama is president over there. There was a newspaper clipping from a few episodes ago that said how the President moved back into the White House after it was attacked by Terrorists on September 11th 2001.

Oh yeah it was in the Season 1 Finale when Olivia met William Bell on the Other-side in his office in one of the twin towers:pac:

That was some scene - when they showed the fact that she was standing in the Twin Towers. Probably one of the most impacting shots of any TV show, I reckon.

It truly was on O-M-G  moment. That along with Walter looking at the grave of Peter Bishop within minutes of each other really left me wanting more.

So on 9/11 they attacked and destroyed the White House?

Basically, yeah - as events unfold differently across each universe the planes never hit the twin towers, but got to the white house.
