I was bought Modern Warfare 2 as a present in September. Today I tried to install and activate it. For the first few attempts to verify the CD key it told me it couldn't contact the server. Eventually it connected, but then told me that it was a duplicate CD key, even though this is a brand new, legitamate never-played…
