Do you mean ROI DTT (presumably from Clermont Carn just across the border) or UK freeview (presumably from Divis or even across the Irish Sea to Caldbeck)?

Don't live in Warrenpoint but have been in nearby Rostrevor and seen crystal clear ROI analogue reception from CC and although DTT is on much lower power at present yet I would be surprised if it wasn't possible to pick up a reasonably good signal. BTW you need a MPEG 4 receiver to get picture not just audio.

From coverage projections i would say Warrenpoint will be absolutely bang on for DTT services from CC. Areas of concern would be right down on the coastline and to the north of Warrenpoint, areas under CC in Omeath may suffer from beam tilt issues with the height of the antenna that is currently in service. These issues will end post any antenna upgrades which i believe was commented on beginning in quarter 3 of next year.
