    nah i just want a regular declined ab bench, if possible a heavy duty one that will take a fair bit of weight

    that would be a rather big investment for a piece of equipment that you could get the job done in so many better ways e.g. hanging leg raises, plank variations, axe chops with bands, weighted crunches, heavy side bends etc

    No idea on the benches but really think its going to take up a massive amount of space that could be better used
