iPhone - uploading to youtube

    Hi all,
I realized that, with wifi working on my iPhone most of the time, I wanted to find some use for my 2Gb download limit - I'm currently averaging only 150Mb a month.

I recenlty discovered (duh) that I can upload videos taken on my iPhone directly to youtube directly. However, the quality is quite poor given the quality of the actual camera.

Are there any LEGAL programs that allows me to convert video taken from my digital camera to a file usable on the iPhone, transfer it to the iPhone and then upload it directly to youtube as usual? They are gaming videos that I want reviewed by fellow players.

My internet connection at home is woeful so this would be a much faster method of uploading high quality videos.

    Thanks,
    FG

are you sure uploading videos uses your downloading allowance?

I can't see any legal issues with it, it's your content, you can do with it what you like. It's your allowance, you can use it how you like once you aren't tethering to you computer.

Apple have a limit on the size of videos you can upload to youtube.
You can use an app (pixelpipe) to get around it but it still limits you to 235meg
A 200meg high def file is only about 2.5-3 minutes of 720p so it's not much..
