Electric heat tape/Frost protection tape/cable??

Does anyone know of a bricks and mortar shop in or around Dublin that keeps this stuff in stock.Think they call it trace heater tape. Waterpipe to shed has frozen-like it does every year--this stuff would save me digging up the garden and burying the pipe. Help locating this stuff appreciated.
