    Hi

I'm wondering if there are any good weightlifting/training documentaries out there?

I've seen Pumping Iron, I want to look like that guy and have Bigger Stronger Faster to watch. While Im not exactly striving to look like Arnold I do find them interesting and would like to find more for some inspiration/ motivation.

    Strong - the movie.
Documentary about the defranco gym in new jersey. I really enjoyed it.
He trains a lot of the elite athletes in america, NFL players, mma fighters etc..

I'm sure you can just download it..

Power Unlimited is about the history and development of powerlifting - amazing film and well worth a watch.

Road To The Arnold follows Ryan Kennelly thru his preps for the bench comp at the Arnold Classic. Not your typical training documentary - much better.

    I disagree.
It was interesting, but not much of a movie at all.
