A week since partner interview :(

    ive been waiting 2 weeks to hear from E&Y

    most people I've talked to got offers on the day! :(

    Although, I've heard that some partners are slow to get back to HR with their feedback on candidates, so there's still a slim outside chance :o

    Seems we are on the same boat. I had a final interview at last Thursday, and partner told me I should hear something after few days. But nothing so far.
    Did you call them ask for the outcome of interview?

    At the end of my partner interview, he did in fairness told me that it could take 'a few weeks' to get back to me.

    I rang the HR dept last Wed and they basically said they couldn't make offers until they got the nod from the partner, who they were still waiting to hear from, and that in some cases it could drag on until the last day of offers (Monday).

    I guess Monday will be an anxious day by the phone for a lot of us :(

    i think im in the same boat george, no word yet, Ill be fairly mad now as I went to 3 interviews with them (Initial one, and two partner interviews). Well see what today brings

    I suppose the question we need to ask now is what do we do next? E and Y was my only interview :(

    Agreed am really disappointed as I thought I did well in both interviews tried to call HR but now answer.

    What now? time to formulate a plan! I think we all need details on what post grad dip courses we could do...


    Really disappointed here too btw, thought I had it in the bag, any point ringing them? 3 trips to Dublin for nothing, think i could bill them for costs? :D

    I know how you feel I travelled up there 2 times no use crying over spilt milk I know but I thought both days went well (I know the first went well as I was called back a second day)
    I tried calling there about 12 no answer.

    If i dont get an email soon today I might just give them a buzz too before 5 or so, I think its ridiculous how weve been treated

    I've tried calling them today no answer and a friend of mine tried yesterday with no joy so best of luck on that.

    Hey ted, how did PWC advisory come back? I got E and Y offer in audit but not PWC advisory. Asked fro feedback from PWC but I got nuthin. Sorry to hear you didnt get e & y.
