Need a Toshiba Tecra A8 laptop charger

Yeah so basically my current charger almost doesn't work. The wire is about the come apart and at the moment only charges by laptop if I hold the wire in a certain position.

So just wondering if there's any shop I could drop into around Dublin City Centre that would most likely have a charger for this laptop for sale? I'd like to get this sorted as soon as I can! Or if not, maybe even a website that has quick delivery... I need my laptop for college.

Also, how much should I expect it to cost?

The original Toshiba ones are very expensive. I got a replacement one on ebay recently and it works perfect.

Happened to mine too, I used some soldering and then epoxy putty to repair it, the stock soldering is garbage and the rubber protector is too flexible.

Thats an option if you are handy that way.
