Damaged repariable Honda Civic - let it go for €100?

99 Honda Civic 1.4 5 door automatic. Damage to wing, bumper and headlight. Been laying up a while and will not turn over (engine light comes up). NCT out next month. Damaged repariable 80k miles. Have been offered 100 -200 for it should I take it and run or could it be worth more?
