    Men 82.5kg Squat. Last guy sets a world record with 380kg.

    Men 125kg+ Deadlift. Last guy double-overhands 400kg (@40:35)

    Women 56kg Deadlift.

    etc.

    Loads of good stuff on there. Nice YouTube channel.

    42.30 - most amazing squat recovery I've ever seen. Anyone lifts equipped will know that when your hips get kicked lke that and your knees move forward it's one of the most scary things to happen under the bar. No idea how he saved it.
