Just home from work and the roads are fairly bad in Donegal. Good layer of snow around the house and looks to be more on the way.

Snow is awesome, especially at night time when nobody else is up or around. You get to be the first person to walk around on it and everything is so nice, quiet and soft.:)

How so? In all honesty in my case I probably could still go out, but I don't like being on the roads in a taxi/bus/car/whatever when they're icy. Also, I like skirts and hate tights and as the mother always says if I go out like that I'll end up with a cold in me kidneys.
