Driving permit - what date?

Does anyone know what date of issue of certaing category is there on Driving permit? It it the date when Theory test was passed, or is it the date when I applied for a driving permit, or maybe it's a date when motor tax office printed the driving permit (which might be couple of weeks later then application)... Does anyone know what date of issue of certaing category is there on Driving permit?
It it the date when Theory test was passed, or is it the date when I applied for a driving permit, or maybe it's a date when motor tax office printed the driving permit (which might be couple of weeks later then application)...
Does anyone know, or could check in their driving permit?

It's the date the MTO processes the application and prints the permit. Just checked it there with a Permit that was printed in the last 4 days. It only took 3 days from applying for the permit to receiving it(That was the Nutgrove MTO office in Dublin).

I'm going to close this seeing that it's a duplicate. If anyone wants to reply post here.
