It's stated that it will be obligatory to take compulsory lesson before driving test, for those who acquired driving permit for A category after 6th December.

Now - what date is it all about?
I assume it's the date stated on driving permit as a date of gaining permit for that category.
But is it the same date as theory test was pased, or is it the same date when I applied in motor tax office for a driving permit, or maybe it's a later date.

I was just thinking if there's any chance I can still get driving permit for category A before 6th December.

Dec 6th is the date where the IBT starts.
If you have a rider permit starting from 5th dec, you will escape the new rules.
The date on your permit will be the date of application in your local motor tax office. So give it a lash.
