My old driving licence has just expired and I'm applying for a new one.

Came across this question on the renewal form.
Is your driving licence, provisional licence or learner permit at present required by court order to carry an endorsement ?

Stupid question maybe but does this mean do I have points? I do currently have 2 penalty points.

No an endorsement would be put on your licence after you return from a driving ban.

An endorsement is something put on your licence by a court. Points are not an endorsement.
