    Have you ever tried it? When used properly it can be just as effective as any other gym routine, depending on your goals of course.

    They offer a free trial so you can check it out and see whether it's for you. If you go to the Mount Merrion branch, ask for either Rudi or Sadhbh. They know their stuff and will put you through a tough workout.
