    Hi

    I'm trying to contact sendit.com to return an item I received last week. The item is unopened and still in the packaging. I tried contacting the via their online help desk, but after a week they have still not replied. I sent another message through their help desk again yesterday but still no reply.

    I cant find any email to contact them on the website and nothing on google either. It says on the site that they wont accept returns without a returns authorisation number.
