Anyone else ever get one of these?

I got it in the post today and have to go in monday with drivers licence, bank statements from last 6 months etc.

    Is it a routine thing?

    Thanks! :)

Really don't know!!! It's in relation to my JSA though. :(

Looks to me as if you have to go for a means test.
If you have been on JB so far your stamps have run out. They will put you on JA now- but that is means tested,
Driving licence is used for identification. Bank statements show your savings/ income.
Nothing to worry about, I think.
    Good luck anyhow...

    thanks hawthorne

does this mean my allowance is going to be cut?

Also, I dont have any statements for the 6 months (use online banking mainly), and dont have any utility bills/rent statements as I live at home) - will this be ok you reckon?

you can print pdfs of all your statements from online banking.

Living at home might be a problem for you if you're under 25.

Online statements being printed out are no problem. The officers accept anything.
If you are living with someone, the income of that person will be counted in your meanstest as well and a certain percentage will be taken of your future JA.
It looks like that you will loose some of your money- depending on the income of the people you are living with.
    How much I cannot say.
    Good luck to you

I don't want to sound alarmist but the above unit only deal with potential fraudulent claims, I have to say this sounds serious. Don't worry if you have nothing to hide, insure you bring whatever documentation they request and it might help if you have any proof of job applications etc!

We had issues like this when someone who disliked us made a false report.

Seemingly they have to act when this happens.

Just face it through. Good luck
