Anyone able to clarify what's a real Irish biscuit these days? When shopping in one of the big supermarkets what biscuits are made from Irish ingredients and baked/produced Ireland. I thought Jacobs were but have been told that these are all make in UK now. They have a Tallaght address on the label but do not think this means they were made there. Whats the deal with Bollands biscuit, are these from here?

So what are my options for buying Irish ones (other than finding something in a specialist food shop).

    anyone any ideas?
