Dead Leg and Squats

    Hi,
I picked up a dead leg injury playing soccer yesterday. There is no swelling but the thigh is sore to touch, and though there is no pain when walking, it is not a free as should be.

How long would it take to recover? I'm hoping to do a gym session tmr involving a lot of squats. So worried that doing squats would be of no benefit and would only worsen the injury. Would I be correct on this? Or would it be ok?

    Thanks!

You should ask someone from a medical or healthcare profession.

Bad advice. If you're not sure, rest it or see a medical professional.
