Dairy, Soya & Egg Free but WW Friendly Recipes??

    Hi there,
I'm doing WW at the moment and getting on fairly well - I've lost just over a stone in 6 weeks.
However, last week, for medical reasons, I was told not to have any dairy or eggs and in fact, told that I shouldn't substitute dairy with soya.
So, most of the day is bearable - I can live without the above for lunch and dinner, but I'm finding it hard to come up with anything interesting to eat for breakfast. All I can think of is fruit!
Does anyone have some enlightening recipes/ideas that will taste nice but are WW friendly?
Any help appreciated - thank you! :)

Buballoo- This veggie burger recipe that I love has been eaten for breakfast in our house, but you may want to tone down the spices.

I have counted 2 points per burger when I make 4 burgers from this recipe.

Gently fry a diced onion and 2 minced cloves of garlic with a spray of low fat cooking oil on med heat till golden.
Add finely diced pepper and cook for 2 mins
Add a grated carrot and 5/6 finely chopped mushrooms and fry for about 2 mins.
Add 1 tsp chilli flakes, 1/2 tsp chilli powder, half tsp paprika, quarter tsp white pepper, pinch of dill and 1 tsp dried rosemary.
Cook the herbs and spices for a few more mins. Then take off the heat and allow to cool.
Drain and wash a can of mixed beans or chickpeas. Dry well and mash in a bowl. Add in the cooled veg and spices. Sieve in 1 tbls of gram flour. Leave in the fridge for mixture to firm up.
Shape into 4 patties half an inch thick and bake in oven for 30 mins, at about 200C (until brown.)

I have reheated these in the microwave and then crisped them a little under the grill. Nice protein rich, kick-start to the day.

    Thanks so much Muirgheal.
That sounds delicious. I'm fond of a sugar boost in the morning so I might save this one for dinner times but I'll definitely give it a go!
