hi, simple little question, is the part of the reciept you get when you collect your social welfare payment in the post office that says "flat rate" the rate you recieve every week? thanks for any replies

hi, simple little question, is the part of the reciept you get when you collect your social welfare payment in the post office that says "flat rate" the rate you recieve every week?
