    I get a product from america called plus white 5 minute whitening gel.

    its about 4dollars in any walgreen.
    The stuff is amazing. in ireland the stuff that makes up the gel wasnt allowed to be sold, but as far as I know that has changed now and they are going to be letting in all these new gels, but they are going to cost alot more than 4dollars.
    So if you know anyone going to the US or you are going yourself, id say stock up.
