    You'll see loads on eBay just look for daylight bulb or similar and try and find out the K rating from the seller.

    All your getting is a light bulb that produces light at the same wavelengths as natural daylight. "Growing bulbs" used to extend the daylight for growing plants are similar at the domestic end of the market. Your extending the lenght of time during the day when you see "natural" daylight so your body fogets its winter. They do work a bit ;) light a hole room with them for best effect.

    Also available here but not always sold as such, check the box the bulb comes in and look for the K rating (Kelvin) on the side of the box, daylight bulbs have a rating of 7100K. You'll notice the daylight bulbs have a very blue light compared to normal bulbs. Google daylight bulb k rating for more info.

    Just bought this from a Marketplace seller for £33.95 plus £4.50 postage to Ireland so a grand total of £38.45! :D
