    Hey I was just wondering if anyone can tell me what the requirements are for the Entrance Scholarship?

    Any extra information is gratefully appreciated =]

    There are two schemes

    1. Entrance Exhibitioner
    560 or more points in leaving cert of equivalent. 127 euro book token for first and second year

    2. Entrance Scholarship
    Free commons. See the university calendar as to the rules applies only to those from disadvantaged backgrounds applied for after admission, there are several http://www.tcd.ie/calendar/assets/pdf/tcd-calendar-q-entrants-awards.pdf

    I think your second one is known as a sizarship, given to those of 'limited means', you need to apply.

    The book token is now €150 for each of first and second year.
