18ct electro gold plated watch

hey my father has this at home is it worth anything? its in a box that says lorus the back of the watch says 18ct gold electro plated pelex swiss movt water resisant cant find info online about it .its new well a few years old but never wore as it was too samll for his wrist anyone have any ideas?
