Looking for recommendations for a simple shopping list for one week of food for one person trying to gain muscle weight.

Hopefully someone can help me as I always set out to do a weeks worth of shopping but always come back without enough food :( I do make a list and it seems right in my mind after adding it all up but I never get enough of certain foods and add in some wrong foods etc.

Looking for a bit of help :)

for me it would be about 24 eggs, 20 chicken fillets, 20 tins of tuna, 4x200 grms of smoked salmon. loads of fruit and veg (i usually buy this twice a week to keep it fresh).

i have lots of other things in my diet like brown rice, nuts, omega 3 fish oils etc, but i dont buy these on a weekly basis.

edit - and about 8 litres of milk (used in porridge every day)

I'd usually get something like 36 eggs, 8-10 liters of milk, whatever combination of steak/beef/chicken/salmon you think you need, 4 or 5 kilos of frozen vegetables and then a packet of almonds or different nuts.

I'm boring though and like to keep it basic. And I don't know your stats, what ratios you like to eat, or how many calories you want.
