    FYI, the last two orders I've placed with those guys (since theprevious owners went bust) have gone AWOL and I've had to get my money back through Paypal's resolution process. :(

    I didn't know that there was a problem with these people.I've ordered from them before without any problems but that was a few months back.Anyway I ordered this flash drive this morning and got an immediate confirmation email but I'll keep you posted as to how it goes.

    Will keep an eye on this, will be keen to see how it works out. Want one to use with Xbox 360 and this seems very good value.

    I guess it depends on what you intend to use it for ..... the transfer speeds are not what I would want ....
    Transfer Speed: Read 15 MByte/s, Write 7 MByte/s

    That is VERY slow IMO.

    Compared to something like this
    Patriot Xporter XT Rage 16GB Flash Drive

    * Quad Channel technology for fast read/write performance
    * up to 27MB/s Read
    * up to 25MB/s Write

    So I would prefer to pay double the price to get something that performs much better ..... but that may just be me :D

    I got this Generation 3 from amazon and it's lightning.

    Copied a 700MB file in less than a minute.

    Be sure to bring your order up to £25 to get free shipping.

    No offence, but the R/W speeds for the G3 which you refer to are slower than the OP's link :o

    Where did you see those slow speeds?

    In fact the first review states otherwise on amazon:

    "Windows 7 on my old Dell laptop reports 20Mb/sec when reading, and 10Mb/sec when writing to these sticks during simple large file copy operations. "

    Thanks OP for the heads up! Got it yesterday and am delighted with it. Speed is OK, 700MB file in 64 sec.
