Should i replace a 70kW boiler with 2x35kW gas boiler for small commercial premises?

I am currently getting quotes for replacement of a 70kW boiler for a small commercial premises. A number of installers have suggested 2x35kW (or a 40kW and 30kW) modulating boilers would save even more money as only 1 boiler would be required a lot of the time. We intend getting an A-rated condensing boiler.

Can anyone testify to the success of this 2x35kW configuration compared with 1x70kW boiler?

Also, is there any gas boiler manufacturers recommended, e.g. sime, worcester-bosch?

And finally, what price would be reasonable for this type of installation.

My first and instant reaction is No!

The extra work and plumbing would not justify it.
