a friend of mine just moved into a new house, and unfortunately UPC cannot provide her with cable BB at the moment,

currently she doesnt have a landline but is willing to get one, what would be the best option for her for affordable broadband say 2mb or so?

Most of Raheny is on the Coolock exchange, Magnet are available to all customers off this exhange.

We can also install a line.

Iv had UPC BB since it was NTL on the Raheny road, did you ring them to check availibility. The online thing doesn't work.
