Treatment for a Cold

Hi lads, Iv a bad cold at the moment. It's on going for the last 4 or 5 days. Nose blocked, sneezing, eyes watering all that sort of stuff. The worst time it gets me is at night when i try get to sleep. What's the best medication to take. To be honest, Paracetamol, disprin and panadol dont seem to do me much good.
