    Hi,

I'm posting this as I'm not sure what to do.

I hurt my back playing football 6 weeks ago - it was a slight muscle injury and I rested for about 4 weeks - I went back training and fcuked it up big time. Went to the DR who gave me Difine and 10 days later I went back as it was not cured and got some Tylex.
We both agreed that there is nothing broken.

Now today I am in a bad way.
It feels as If I have pulled a musle in my back\chest coming from the spine right around to the front of the chest.

I cant go back to that Doctor as he will just shrug his shoulders as he clearly does not know.

Where do I go from here?

Given that this is coming into the medical advice area that boards rules prevent, I'm just going to suggest the possibility of finding another doctor that you can go to, or maybe a decent sports physio in your area? Sometimes GPs aren't the best for injuries of this nature, simply because it's something they have less training in than other areas of their practice.

Hiya OP.As the previous poster correctly said,we cant give medical advice here.Make an appointment with another GP or a chiroptactor to get yourself sorted.
