Planning or development charges

    Today I heard that planning or development charges are going to increase by up to 10 thousand euro in the budget. This may well be speculation but I thought it would be beneficial to know the truth.
    Has anyone heard this or is it something of nothing.

    PS: its for a one off house application I belive

    Don't know which. Unlikely to be planning fees because its fairly low for houses as it is.
