Just discovered a leak in my sitting room and my attic floor in pretty bad shape because of it. Can anyone recommend a builder for this type of work? Have four bowls collecting water in my sitting room so I need someone asap!

You need a roofer not a builder dude. Most likely a couple of loose slates due to bad weather. Diagnose the problem yourself if you can before you call anyone, cause they will charge you time just finding the leak. Are you sure it's not a job for a plumber for example. I mean does it only leak when it rains or all the time. Be carefull of cowboys and I hope your sorted soon.
