Help getting bills paid

    Hi,
    I know there's agencies and support for people who have outstanding debts.
    Is there a similar support structure for helping reclaiming debts?
    I've a small business and I'm owed money and despite letters etc I'm not getting any joy. I don't think it's worth it to go down the solictors route for the amounts involved as solictors bills quickly run up.
    Any pointing in direction would be appreciated

    Are you a member of a chamber of commerce, ISME, IBEC or other trade organisation - they might have information.

    Are the debts high enough to justify using a debt collection agency?

    Are the debt amounts in dispute?
