    I might be starting a job in the next few weeks that pays min wage 8.65p/h il be working 39ish hours per week.my partner who is living wit me as well as our daughter in a rented house is drawing job seeker allowance.I just want to know what she would be entitled to off the social welfare while I'm working....

    She can still claim Jobseeker's Allowance - she will have to inform them you have started work and they will review her means with the income from your employment.
    You may also have an entitlement to Family Income Supplement, depending on the rate of Jobseeker's that is awarded.

    If you are working over 19 hours a week you would be entitled to FIS once you dont earn more than your limit.
    Go to teh social welfare web site it will show the maximum earnings of a family with one child.
    I used to get fis when i worked full time and the extra money made a huge differnce.


    (sorry cant answer question about your other half as ive never been in that situation)
