I want to know where I can access research conducted in Irish universities?

I did my undergrad degree in Sweden where they have a website collecting all dissertations from all universities, which anyone can access free of charge. Is there anything similar to that in Ireland (in the social science and education research areas)? I have googled a bit but most of the research I have found will only contain the abstract and the first few pages.

No, there isn't anything like this for Ireland. Australia has excellent access to all their student research, shame there isn't anything like it in Ireland.
