I have my second test coming up soon and on my first, one of the major problems was observation when turning right. I was wondering what the correct way to go about this is? Is it just have a good look into the road before I turn into it?

Look in the mirror and make sure no idiot is trying to overtake you (happened to me, I'd be squashed on the wall if I hadn't checked first) and good look down the road to make sure nothing is coming nobody is crossing the road etc etc

    Turning Right.

Check at least, your rear and right mirror. Not doing this can result in a mark for observation.
    Signal your intention, indicate.
Adjust your position to the right hand side of your lane. Just inside the middle line.
Slow down to the correct speed and gear.
Look at the road you are going to drive onto. At a Tjunction check left and right, then look where you are going. Turning onto a side road, check that there is no oncomming traffic and look down the new road to make sure their is space for you there.
Arrive in the correct position for the new road.
    Check your mirrors again.
