Revenue Online Service - A Joke - Especially CAP

    Has anyone used Revenue Online Services lately?! I mean it's ridiculous! It shouldn't be so hard to pay your taxes, is this not the opposite of what the government should be trying to do?

    Paying taxes online should be made easier to help increase revenues from the public!

    Has anyone even tried to use CAP!? What an actual joke! It's riddled with errors, I mean do they not even test their products before they release them to the public!!!

    hehehehee what is really the joke with this, is the tender process and the amounts of money paid to companies to deliver such technological fug-ups.

    In my experience there is a distinct pigs-back mentality when a company wins a public tender for sites like this and it is not uncommon for the most noddy of websites, when built for public sector, to cost in excess of ten times the cost of such an offering in the private sector.

    And they still don't work... :confused:
