Just had one of them healthy wraps for me lunch, Started with see through bread, then Big Dollop of Mayo, squirt of Mustard, sweet chilli sauce, 4 rashers, southern fried chicken breast, 2 jumbo sausages diced, a bit of sage and onion stuffing and a handfull of full fat grated cheddar, it was lovely, so you see this healthy eating lark isn't so hard after all.

Oh and I had a Flaggin of Cola to wash it down.

The only thing unhealthy is the bread and the "southern fried" part of the chicken.

And I love the way you say "full fat" cheese! As if the full fat version is unhealthier than the low fat version!

Somone's been sucked in by advertising/marketing and is definitely guilty of reading his missus' glossy magazines! :pac:
