Budget Greetings in Parkwest would be one of the biggest wholesalers.

Palmers in Northern Ireland are one of the largest manufacturers in Europe.

Premier Halloween - UK are the other big supplier.

Could also try contacting some of the sellers on eBay directly.

Careful with buying from Asia, most of the ones online show pictures from other suppliers and then the product that comes is just a rip off. This is what lots of ebayers try to sell. But then the companies that have the ownership of the designs and images go all out to sue anyone stealing from them. For example you have to pay Disney a license to sell a costume of a disney character.

Whats the business? Online retailer / retail shop?

For obvious reasons then probably best I don't give advice. If the suppliers turn around and give you hassle, as they all do at some stage, it will look like i set you up for failure.

Best of luck with the project though.
