I am new to this and have a few questions.
I have recieved full planning permission and want to get it started but im unsure of the construction type.
    1. 150mm cavity with concrete block and cavity fully filled.
    2. timber frame construction with u value of 0.12-0.15

The timber frame I was looking at was the Kingspan Ultima House which would include a warm roof. With it been very air tight it should be very easy to heat.
My question about the tf construction is what sort of life span have they and in kingspans construction what is your views on the insulation products they use and their wall make up?
Has anybody used them what was your experience?
Anybody any other suggestions for tf manufactures?
So i suppose my question is which would be the best type of construction for me your views would be very appricated.
PM me if you dont want to name companies.

    Looking forward to your views.
    Thanks in advance;)

    Hello,
of the two tf is the winner, from a reputable company. Just make sure to put in a passive raft, good trip glazed windows, get your air tightness and orientation right.
