I may be in the minority here but KOL are gone abit 'flat' to say the least, music for the sake of sales soooo...

    I introduce a rougher/edgier band perhaps...in the same vain....

    American Bang
    www.myspace.com/americanbang

American Bang’s self-titled, loud, sexy, and soulful major-label debut album is a memorable and melodic introduction to the Nashville-based rock group. The album successfully captures all the amazing grace and guts of their deep musical roots and Southern accent. From the pounding and gritty opening of “Whiskey Walk,” to the instantly anthemic “Wild & Young,” to the messy, Stonesy romance of “Hurts Like Hell,” it’s clear that American Bang shoots straight at the heart of great American rock ‘n roll.

Having seen KOL live many times, they now bore, you may aswell listen to the CD as see them live, very little crowd interaction, rush through sets, sometimes in the same order as a CD.
These guys apparently but on quiet the live show.
The album is not available here, so you may download it but having given it a listen on these cold mornings when workbound, I have to say...some good stuff on there! Brings a smile to ones face :p

Album Highlights: 'Rewind' 'She dont cry no more' 'Wild and Young'

A lot of that album sounds extremely similar to Only By The Night!! That song "Whiskey Walk" is almost a carbon copy of "Crawl"!!

They seemed to have jumped on the Kings Of Leon bandwagon and imitated that style of music to sell records!!

Their live is probably awesome compared to Kings Of Leon because lets face it You cant really get much worse than them at the moment!!

I can agree somewhat with that, just overall it seems a little bit rougher.

Well you say it's a highlight of the album, if that's true then the album can lie down.
