New Restaurant, Bar, Cooking School?

    Drove through town last week and noticed workers coming out of the big building on top of o connell street (corner of 02, 4lanterns)
    there's a sign up saying new restaurant, bar, cooking school coming soon.
    does anyone know more about it?
