iTunes problem. Help!

Hi! I was wondering if anyone here can help me with a problem I have with iTunes. To start, I previously installed iTunes in my C drive, but after seeing how much space it started taking up I uninstalled and re-installed it into my secondary drive. Freed up a lot of space.

Then after re-installing I made sure to re-direct my iTunes media folder into my secondary drive. But after installing several apps into my iPhone I found that it, mysteriously, still eats up my C drive. To the point that my C drive is full and thus making not possible to backup my iPhone (or do anything for that matter) due to lack of space, even tho everything is installed and directed into my secondary drive.

I hazard a guess is that there were left over files from the first install, and those files are still directing everything into my C drive?
