Is gas boiler leaking?

    Evening folks!

I have a gas boiler in the garage that seems to be leaking/dripping. The leak from the overflow pipe that passes through the external is leaving a constant damp patch both outside and inside on the ground adjacent. Is a constant drip from the overflow normal?

The heating and hot water dosen't seem to be terribly efficient either and maybe this leak is part of the peoblem.

    Niall

The safety valve is passing and will have to be looked at. It's leaving a wet patch inside because the escape pipe is not sealed to the fitting properly.
