Help: DNA polymerase

    ok its last minute but i cannot seem to find a decent resource for my project.
    i am looking to understand how DNA polymerase adds new nucleotides to the new dna starnd.

    can anyone link me to a decent paper vid or site which will explain?:rolleyes:

    Try itunes then iTunesU you can download lectures from MIT, Berkeley, Oxford etc.

    MCB 101 Berkeley has a lecture specifically on DNA polymerases and Seatle Pacific University have a lecture listed.

    They can be downloaded for free.

    There are also a few podcasts as well.

    Another idea would be to do a search on PubMed for papers.

    You could also check youtube. Loads of animations and stuff on there.

    yeah youtube is my first port of call tbh when startin something, but there seems to be nothing as specific as i want, like i can see it in my head what i want to see as i have learned it before but just need to see it again for different names and stuff:cool:
