    here goes - i need to drop about 10kg ( 106 - 95ish ). i have a pretty good strenght programme on the go for 3 sessions a week, due to ex.long working days and working 7 day weeks most weeks and family stuff, spare time is thin on the ground.
    motivation + diet isnt a problem bout i need ideas for a HARD fat burning workout that can be boxed off in about 30mins ( and in a gym ).
