Hi all. Saw this pre owned for sale today on extravision for 40 euro? Sounds very steep to me for an old game. Must have been a mistake.

The GOTY just has a code to download the DLC doesn't it? So that code has probably already been used if it's second hand. Maybe it's been on the shelf a while and the price hasn't been updated.

It's on SendIt for ~€18.
